Due to COVID-19, our repair process currently takes an average of 6 to 8 Weeks, depending on the damage and amount and/or type of work required.

While ARROWHEAD Equipment gear is built to be tough, it is not invincible. It will be put to the test, encountering many harsh environments and conditions that may harm or damage the gear. We will try to repair damage caused by normal wear and tear or accidents, such as tears or punctures, at a reasonable cost. We will only begin the repair after you have approved the cost.

If the damage is deemed to be caused by a defect in manufacturing, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item at no cost to you. All warranties receive a pre-paid shipping label from FedEx within 1 to 2 business days.

All garments sent in for Warranty or Repair must be clean. Unwashed garments will be returned to you without a resolution of your claim. Please be sure to empty all pockets of any personal effects etc.
